This project involved the complete teardown of an existing structure and the design of a new mid-century modern coastal residence that maximizes ocean views, natural light, and indoor-outdoor living.

The home is organized around open living spaces with expansive glazing that frames views of the Pacific Ocean. Large sliding glass doors connect the main living area to a new ocean-facing deck, creating a seamless transition between interior and exterior environments.

Interior improvements include a reconfigured kitchen and living area, a redesigned primary suite, and improved spatial flow throughout the home.

The project also includes a new accessory dwelling unit (ADU) constructed above a detached garage, providing flexible living space while maintaining a cohesive architectural relationship with the main residence.
